Current position
Fusion Frameworks LLC provides RostrOps as a B2B workforce-authority platform for industrial construction customers. The platform records who is present on a job site, under whose authority, in which area, and at what time, with related workflows for assignments, transfers, time-off, call-ins, attendance, reporting, and billing.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for their administrator accounts, for the accuracy of workforce and site data they enter, and for having the lawful basis, notices, and consents required to monitor their workforce in the jurisdictions where they operate.
Acceptable use
Customers and users may not use RostrOps unlawfully, attempt to access another organization's data, bypass security controls, upload malicious content, share credentials, or use the service to monitor workers in violation of applicable labor, privacy, or workplace-monitoring laws.
Commercial terms
Pricing, minimums, invoicing, support targets, service levels, confidentiality, warranties, liability limits, renewal, and termination should be set in the customer Master Services Agreement and order form.
Counsel items before signature
- Finalize the Master Services Agreement and order form.
- Confirm Texas governing law and venue.
- Confirm support hours, response targets, and whether the pilot has a formal uptime SLA.
- Confirm worker-monitoring responsibility language and customer attestation requirements.
- Confirm warranty, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, and indemnity language.
